Ever since its inception in 1997, Mutant Reviewers has been a place where amateur film critics and friends gather together to share the movies that thrill and interest us. This is a passion project where we look for unique voices and perspectives to add to our ever-growing body of reviews, features, and more. And we’d love to consider adding you to our team.

If you’re interested in joining us, here are the three steps to making that happen:

1. Before you apply, look around and make sure you get the vibe of this site. We focus on cult movies, B-movies, scifi, fantasy, horror, quotable comedy, ’80s, ’90s, and anything off the beaten path. We’re not a mainstream movie review site at all, nor are we a political platform or a place for highly obscene material.
2. Put together an email package with a brief biography about yourself, a sample movie review, and one other piece of writing (new or something you’ve done in the past).
